Why This Information Is Important
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of UAB Europe Exchange, including our website, mobile application, and cryptocurrency exchange services. Together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms, they form a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between: You, the user; and UAB Europe Exchange.
By registering for or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply whenever you access our platform, whether via our website, app, or other means. You may stop using our services at any time, at no cost, by requesting account deletion or terminating this Agreement (see Section 11).

We are UAB Europe Exchange, a Lithuania-based company, registration number 307035124, with registered offices at Vilnius, Žalgirio g. 88-101, LT-09303, Lithuania. As a licensed provider under EU regulations, we offer secure fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, crypto-to-fiat and OTC trading services.

  1. Definitions
    In this Agreement:
    “We” or “Us” refers to UAB Europe Exchange.
    “You” refers to the user of our Services.
    “App” means the ‘UAB Exchange’ mobile application.
    “Business Day” means a European business day, ending at 17:00 EEST.
    “Crypto Wallet” means a digital wallet registered in your name on our platform, used to hold cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies for trading.
    “Payment Method” means a valid payment option (e.g., debit/credit card, bank transfer) used to fund your Crypto Wallet or execute trades.
    “Recipient” means the party receiving cryptocurrencies or fiat from a transaction.
    “Security Details” means your account credentials, including passwords, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes, or other login information.
    “Services” means our cryptocurrency exchange services, including fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, crypto-to-fiat and OTC trading services.
    “Service Fee” means the fee displayed before you confirm a transaction.
    “Transaction History” means the record of your trades on our platform.
    “Website” means uabexchange.com and its associated portals.
  2. Using the Services
    2.1. Our Services allow you to:

  1. Your Obligations

3.2. Under EU regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, MiCA), we conduct due diligence on you and other parties (e.g., Recipients). We may verify your identity, address, and financial details, including checks via credit reference agencies, which may record your information. You agree to:

  1. UAB Exchange Services
    Funding Your Crypto Wallet:
    4.1. You may fund your Crypto Wallet using a Payment Method in your name (e.g., debit/credit card, bank transfer) accepted by our platform.

4.2. Supported fiat currencies include EUR and others listed on our Website.

Trading Cryptocurrencies:
4.3. You can buy, sell, or trade cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stable Coins) instantly, with pricing displayed before confirmation.

4.4. For crypto-to-crypto trades, ensure the Recipient’s wallet address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in irreversible loss, for which we are not liable.

4.5. OTC services are available for high-volume trades, offering bespoke execution, deep liquidity, and personalised support. Contact us at support@uabexchange.com for details.

Transaction Confirmation:
4.6. We’ll confirm completed transactions via the App or email. Delays may occur due to blockchain confirmations or third-party systems, but we aim for swift execution.

Security
4.7. Your assets are protected by cold storage (98% offline), AES-256 encryption, and 24/7 monitoring, ensuring compliance with EU cybersecurity standards.

  1. Cancellations
    5.1. Once you confirm a trade or transfer, it is executed immediately and cannot be cancelled, as per EU payment service regulations.

5.2. Verify all details (e.g., wallet addresses, amounts) before confirming, as we cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect recipients.

  1. Our Right to Refuse, Delay, or Suspend Services
    6.1. We may apply limits to Crypto Wallet funding or trading volumes, as displayed on our platform.

6.4. We’ll notify you of refusals or suspensions promptly, unless prohibited by law or security concerns.

  1. Refunds
    7.1. You may request a refund within 24 hours if:

7.4. Refunds will be credited to your Crypto Wallet or original Payment Method in the transaction’s currency (e.g., EUR).

7.5. For Wallet balances, you may request a refund of unspent funds (excluding promotional credits) at any time, subject to verification.

  1. Reporting Errors
    8.1. If you believe there’s an error with a transaction, contact us within 7 days at:

8.3. We’ll investigate and respond within 30 days, correcting errors promptly. If no error is found, we’ll provide a written explanation within three Business Days.

  1. Our Responsibility
    9.1. We’ll provide the Services with reasonable care, but availability may vary due to regional or blockchain constraints.

9.2. If we breach this Agreement, causing you loss, we’ll refund the transaction amount and Service Fees, provided you submit relevant documentation.

  1. Compliance with EU Regulations
    10.1. As a licensed provider under EU law, we adhere to:
    GDPR: Ensuring your data is processed lawfully, with rights to access, rectify, or erase it.
    AML/KYC: Conducting identity and transaction monitoring to prevent financial crime.
    MiCA: Complying with crypto-asset regulations for transparency and consumer protection.

10.2. You consent to data processing for compliance purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to These Terms
    11.1. We may amend these Terms due to:

  1. Ending the Agreement
    12.1. This Agreement continues until terminated by you or us.

12.2. You may terminate at any time, free of charge, by emailing support@uabexchange.com.

12.4. Upon termination, we’ll stop new transactions, process pending ones, and refund Wallet balances (if possible) within one year, after which unclaimed funds are forfeited.

  1. Complaints
    13.1. Submit complaints to support@uabexchange.com. We’ll acknowledge them promptly and aim to resolve within 15 Business Days.

13.2. If delayed, we’ll inform you of timelines. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to:

    14.1. Service Fees and exchange rates are displayed before you confirm a transaction. You’re responsible for all applicable fees.

14.2. OTC trades may incur bespoke fees, agreed upon in advance.

  1. Intellectual Property
    15.1. Our Website, App, and Services, including all copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by us or licensed third parties.

15.2. You may use them only for personal trading as permitted by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our written consent.

  1. Electronic Communications
    16.1. All communications (e.g., Transaction History, notices) are provided electronically via the App, Website, or email.

16.2. To withdraw electronic consent, email support@uabexchange.com, but this will terminate your Services.

16.3. You can access these Terms anytime on our Website or request a copy via email.

  1. General
    17.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, per our EU licensing.

17.2. Disputes: Disputes may be brought before Lithuanian courts or via EU dispute resolution mechanisms.

17.3. Language: We communicate in English (or other languages as notified).

17.4. No Waiver: Delaying enforcement doesn’t waive our rights.

17.5. Assignment: You may not transfer your rights; we may assign ours without consent.

17.6. Severability: Invalid provisions don’t affect the rest of the Agreement.
